The standard BirdLoft is aprox 6'-0" wide x 3'-6" sides x 6'-0" tall.
It is made in our California factory with the highest, zoo-grade materials. The parts fit together effortlessly thanks to our high-tech manufacturing process and skilled workmanship.

Grid Options
- ½" x 3" x 12.5 Gauge: Standard zoo-grade grid suitable for most birds—from finches to macaws
- 1" x 3" x 11.5 Gauge: Heavy-duty zoo-grade grid for strong chewers such as Moluccan cockatoos and hyacinth macaws
Powder Coating Finish and Color Options
The standard powder coating is a safe, durable finish suitable for most parrots, softbills, and non-destructive birds. The heavy-duty Epoxy Coating is recommended for large hookbills and known chewers. Your choice of color: standard hammertone pewter or custom colors. Note: Due to species-specific beak strength and use, powder coatings cannot be guaranteed against chipping
Substrate Options
BirdLofts have open bottoms and are designed to be placed on concrete slab. Otherwise, for a natural substrate, crushed rock or decomposed granite are recommended. An optional wire 1/2" x 1" x 16G grid mesh and fasteners can be furnished to prevent rodents or other animals from digging under aviary walls.
Optional Internal Safety Entrance
The safety entrance option consists of an extra panel and door to create a double entry inside of Birdlof. The internal vestibule created that is approximately 20" x 42" x 72" h. Recommended especially for smaller flighted birds for safetyOptional Expansion Kit
Extra top and side mesh covered framed panels create an airy extension to bird loft. To assemble, remove front panel to existing Birdloft and reuse after expansion kit is inserted in place. Each expansion kit adds approximately 5 feet x 6 feet of space. Add as many expansion kits as desired to lengthen the aviary by five additional feet. BirdLofts, optional safety entrances, and optional expansion kits, are shipped knocked down, ready to assemble. All hardware and illustrated assembly instructions are provided. A cordless driver and 5/16" hexagonal bit are required to drive fasteners. Site should be graded and level.
